Individual Therapy
Weekly therapy shaped around what you are actually dealing with, not one fixed method. I draw on EMDR, IFS-informed work, TF-CBT, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based practice, including MBSR. The mix depends on the person: trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship strain, or substance use alongside another mental health concern. We go at a pace you can stay with.
EMDR and IFS-informed EMDR
EMDR integrated with Internal Family Systems. Protective parts are identified and included before memory processing begins, and the work pauses when a part needs more time. This approach supports pacing, reduces the risk of flooding, and limits post-session backlash. Available in weekly therapy or as an intensive.
EMDR Intensives
EMDR intensives offer extended, focused trauma processing in place of weekly sessions. The concentrated format gives more time on a target, with less interruption and less between-session rebound. Research on EMDR, including intensive formats, supports meaningful reduction in PTSD symptoms over a short span. Intensives can stand alone or serve as an adjunct to therapy you are already doing elsewhere.
New clients schedule two 3 or 4-hour days at $180 an hour ($1,440). Current clients may book a single 4-hour day. Private pay. Not billed to insurance.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is provided in collaboration with a medical prescriber. Preparation and integration sessions draw on IFS, somatic approaches, and EMDR, so that material opened in a dosing session can be carried into ongoing treatment at a pace the client can sustain. Ketamine is not prescribed or administered in this practice.
Supervision and consultation
State-approved secondary supervision for MFT interns, and clinical consultation for licensed therapists. Supervision covers case formulation, ethics, documentation, and your development as a clinician, with attention to trauma, culture, and vicarious trauma. Consultation is for licensed clinicians who want a second set of eyes on a case, EMDR or IFS-informed work, or their own sustainability in the work. Both are private pay.
